Trouble Establishing RaidZ

I am setting up a new volume, but I am not seeing an option for RaidZ under the volume storage drop down box. I am new to this, is there something I am missing here?
For the record, I'm using version 9.1.1 and the volume consists of 4 WD 2TB red drives.
