Trouble accessing this website - massive packetloss

Hi, this site and the bug tracker are both VERY slow.

I ran a traceroute-type tool, and am seeing 0ver 60% packetloss starting at GIGLINX-INC.car2.Raleigh1.Level3.net (4.71.162.14).

I'm coming from Verizon FiOS in California (173.55.53.1 is my first hop).
