freenas-9.10-releng
Transmission plug-in 2.92
My local network is 192.168.9.0/24
FreeNAS ip is 192.168.9.26.
All devices get ip from dhcp. not static.
If I go into transmission' jail shell and ping any ip, that I can't get answer. 100% packet loss. But, if I ping FreeNAS host 192.168.9.27, so I get answer.
Transmission jail can connect only with FreeNAS. jal get ip with dhcp.

What must I do, that solve it?

That previous post is worthless.

This problem is not you, it's FreeNAS. Very common, the jails features is a hack to use a publicly printable word. I was experimenting with FreeNAS 11 yesterday and installed a jail, used all defaults in the networking. DHCP for FreeNAS and no modifications to the jail settings, just installed the famous Plex plug in. It just worked the first try. If you need a fixed IP address for your server, maybe you can set that in your DHCP server? I was surprised that with zero configuration it had figures out that the address 10.0.20.3 was unused and took that for the Plex server on it's own. The FreeNAS 11 interface was assigned a 10.0.20.213 address by my DHCP server. So apparently it checked to see what the first free IP address was by testing.

Good luck.

Try disabling vimage on your transmission jail.
