Transmission works but downloads aren't displayed

Spent hours going thru tutorials and how-to's installing transmission plugin.
i got it to download torrents properly, no permission issues....
However, when downloading, or whem download completes, the files arent displayed in my directory that i have configured in jails/ storage/ dataset for transmission.
directory outside of the jail i mean...accessible from Windows Explorer

any help would be appreciated!

Did you setup the completed folder?

Can you quickly walk me thru that?

Searched forum but didn't see anything that related to my issue...
Nor could I find instructions that I could follow with my limited skill.

Figured it out.... Previous wasn't able to change permission on my download folder... No I did... Now it all works.
