Transmission Settings GUI

I just converted my Transmission jail to an IOCage jail. While I am still in the process of doing this, I noticed that the screen to configure the RPC authentication and set the watch directory and incomplete director are no longer available from the FreeNAS GUI. Am I just missing this or does this have to be done via command line now?
