Transmission Proxy

Hello

Is there a way to setup transmission to connect trow a proxy first ?

I have been trying the Transmission remote GUI.In there i have a proxy option but i think its only to connect to the Transmission interface?
I want to be able to have a secure line trow a proxy when i share with transmission just to get more secure.

Is that possible?
