Transmission Plugin Permission Denied

I know there are a lot of these "Transmission Denied" Posts but I don't understand my issue. I downloaded the transmission plugin and set the download dir to /mnt/[Storage Device]/Movies but it says permission denied. I've seen other posts that say to put the transmission user into the permissions for the drive but there is no user named transmission.

If you search for transmission permission there are lots of threads on this.. If you don't care (about permissions) you can always 777 the entire directory from within the jail.. That should do it..

What does 'ls -l /PATH/TO/Movies' give you in the transmission jail?

I tryed chmod 777 on all directories but still no luck. I'm not sure about the path to download. Right now it's set outside of the jail on one of my Movie folder. The result from '
ls -l /mnt/Storage_Wars/Movies
' gives me
No such file or directory

Does the download directory have to be in the jail?
