Too much free RAM

On TrueNAS SCALE 23.10, you can follow these instructions to increase the ARC allotment above the default.
In the upcoming TrueNAS SCALE 24.04 (Dragonfish) this setting will be the default.
Your system dashboard also shows that you only have 48GB usable, as opposed to the 64GB you mention. Can you check your BIOS and ensure that all of the physically installed RAM is properly detected there? If it is, please run the following command from a shell (web or SSH) to ensure that all DIMMs are shown:
