To Do checklist, Getting Started checklist

There is no "To Do" or "Getting Started" checklist. The Complexity of setting up a working System is beyond most new Users. FreeNAS does not work upon installation. Even though there is a Web Admin server, there is no contextual help menu. This Community Forum is not to the point and has no setup and configure thread. Without a Check list to get the System running, it is not usable. Take notice, this noob is not happy.

you might want to check out FreeNAS 0.7x. FreeNAS 8.0 is a complete new build and very young, not yet fully directed at the mainstream. It will get there, but it will take some time.
