TN Scale: Read >double the speed of write

Hello Cummunity,
I am new hear and would like to figure out if I am on Paar. Basic reality check. lol
Im running a zpool of 4x2x10TB WD Red Pro. I have a few SMB (RSS enabled) shares.
when moveing files from MS client to TN it achieves arround 400MB/s Write
when copying files from TN to the MS client it achieves arround 1.3GB/s.
Makes me wonder if there is a way to tweak the machine.
The write numbers seem a little odd. I believe I should see around a 1/3rd more or less?

System: repurposed QNAP TS877XU, Ryzen 7 2700, 64G, ConnectX-4 Lx
Client connections are direct or over MC. No switches to deal with.
