So I was experimenting with TrueNAS Scale's link aggregation in a load-balanced format but have somehow managed to lock myself out of the GUI, I was attempting to test the connection, but I think it got stuck in those settings and now I'm not sure how to change the settings in the CLI as TrueNAS Core has a menu option for configuring the aggregation, but Scale does not. If I reset my config will that also remove my cloud sync tasks?

Seems this post (and perhaps the system in general) disagrees with you.

Yes.

I really wonder where that idea comes from, because it's absolutely, totally, and in all other ways inconceivable incorrect. Yes, the SCALE console menu will let you add, remove, and reconfigure interfaces, including aggregation.

Assuming you have a monitor keyboard attached and can log in, if you find yourself at a shell prompt then it's something like

cli menu

To bring up the menu where you can configure interfaces.

Oh I am sure the CLI will let me configure interfaces and aggregation, I do not disagree with that. My point was that in Core there is a menu option on the main page of the console, which has an option for configuring the aggregation whereas on Scale not only is there not an option on the main page (fair enough IX may have found a better place for it) but I could not find the option for it under the Network Settings or Network Interfaces menu's which led me to the opinion that whilst it likely exists, it is not easy to find nor is it where it's sibling OS would suggest it would be.

Yeah I would have to agree with you there as well as I'm also having ACL issues with my Shares. I had it (mostly) working before I reset my config and now despite doing the ACL's the exact same as I remember having them they don't seem to want to work for me and they have a lot of entries for built in accounts/groups/masks that they didn't have before

It's under Configure network interfaces. Once there, you'd create a new interface, set its type to LINK_AGGREGATION, and the rest of the settings should be self-explanatory from there.

Does this post cover what you're talking about (at least from the CLI perspective?)?
