Thoughts on case/PSU: U-Nas 810A

I'm finally about finished with my NAS build with the exception of case, PSU and drives. In reference to the linked thread, please note that I ended up going with completely different hardware that was in the OP. Anywho... I'm considering the U-NAS 810A case, but upon checking it out I realized that I will need a special server power supply for the case. Would anyone be kind enough to sanity check these for compatibility? I have yet to build an "official" server, so I am still learning about server hardware components for myself.

Screenshot of the cooler master PSU calculator. According to this 400w should be plenty for this rig.

These were the other cases I came down to if the server case mentioned above doesn't look like it's going to work out. I should mention that I have chosen these cases for their smaller space footprint and just like the idea of something compact.

Did you buy this already or is it another case you are looking for a controller to fit?
One of the SAS controllers I linked to should work fine for this. It just lays on its side with a ribbon cable connecting it to the system board. It really looks like it would be easy.
