Thoughts on case/PSU: U-Nas 810A

I'm finally about finished with my NAS build with the exception of case, PSU and drives. In reference to the linked thread, please note that I ended up going with completely different hardware that was in the OP. Anywho... I'm considering the U-NAS 810A case, but upon checking it out I realized that I will need a special server power supply for the case. Would anyone be kind enough to sanity check these for compatibility? I have yet to build an "official" server, so I am still learning about server hardware components for myself.

Screenshot of the cooler master PSU calculator. According to this 400w should be plenty for this rig.

These were the other cases I came down to if the server case mentioned above doesn't look like it's going to work out. I should mention that I have chosen these cases for their smaller space footprint and just like the idea of something compact.
