There's no "Addon" in apps

I'm using TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.1, clicking on the three dots of every apps, go to edit, there's no "Addon" section. Anybody knows why? I'm trying to setup a VPN following this guide

The "Addons" you refer to, are a TrueCharts design and only available for TrueCharts apps.
