The 'update' tool is trying to downgrade me

Hi

FreeNAS 9.10.2-U2. When I go to the update section, it's trying to downgrade a package.

Here's what it says:
Upgrade: freenas-pkg-tools-9.10.2-U2-4368ef3bd4b6c54d8c8fa7f13a9db6b0 -> freenas-pkg-tools-9.10.2-U1-1e055f208642fd566b9f569d31cd01a9

9.10.2-U2 vs 9.10.2-U1

Any ideas what this means or if its normal?

-U2 is already the latest, what are you trying to do, exactly?
