Software version: TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.4

I've been doing Internet infrastructure engineering for more than three decades. A characteristic feature of the Great Firewall of China would be interrupted downloads of certain URL's, particularly URL's related to software which the PRC deems to be related to circumvention technologies such as products that contain VPN-ware or content distribution.

Your ability to "open the official website normally" is not an issue here. The issue is whether or not the GFC is blocking the URL or website being used to download these modules. This can happen and has happened to people in the past. Due to the way the GFC works, there is sometimes a fix that involves blocking RST packets from being received, but since we don't have many users from China here, you are not likely to get much feedback from users who have actually experienced this problem and attempted to solve it.

We have a mirror of the catalog that uses sources that should be available for users in China.
