Dear community,

I am new with FreeNAS and try to install it on a Desktop Gateway DX4860 (https://panam.gateway.com/s/desktop/2011/gateway/dx/dx4860/DX4860sp2.shtml)

- i5 2320 @ 3.00 GHz
- 16 GB RAM (Dual-channel 1333 MHz DDR3)
- Intel H67 Express Chipset
- 4x SATA WD 3TB 5400 64MB Cache
- Intel® HD Graphics
- USB STICK 64GB (Used to store the FreeNas installation)

There is no other cards in the PC and no other drive.
Just after the install and the first reboot on the USB Stick (in verbose mode), the system stops on (see attached picture):

"PCIe: Memory Mapped configuration base @ 0xe00000000".

I tried several things like:
- update the BIOS with the latest version
- Install FreeNas on an HDD instead of an USB Stick
- Try with only 2 HDD of 3TB
- Try with only 1 HDD of 1TB
- Reset default value in the BIOS
- Disabled Intel VT
- Try another Graphics card

Despite several tests, I still have the same blocking issue. I found this post (https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/system-stops-during-install.46725/) that has the same issue but no solution... Any help will be appreciated! Thanks for your collaboration and support to a free solution!

Franc

If you don't get an answer here, you could try creating a report at bugs.freenas.org. If you do, post the issue number here.

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but did you manage to fix it? I am having the same problem now, and I was hoping you have some advice.
Thanks in advance.
