The folder can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

Hello,

I recently updated to 9.3 and I am now having a problem. I can access all of the files and folders that were on the drives before the update. I can add new files and folders to the drive. But after new files and folders are added, I can't access them. I get the following message:

The folder can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

I can't delete the file or folder, either. I get this message:

The operation can’t be completed because the item is in use.

I searched the forum and google for help, but came up empty. If you need more information to help me, just let me know.
