tautuli community plugin seems broke

I get the following error while trying to install the tautuli community plugin. Not sure if this is the right place to report it or not.

Tautulli been running fine but now can't start

Hello, This seems really odd and I can't figure out what to do. I have several iocage jails running fine and then after a router reboot, Tautulli would not let me access the webui. I found that the jail couldn't start. I deleted the jail and tried to create it again but it kept having the same...

Maybe I made a typo, but I did search and only saw two posts for tautulli neither of which were this one. Sorry to waste your time.

Well I can't exactly shell in and fix it since freenas is destroying the jail once it hits this error. I'll just create it manually.
