Tailscale not deployng in i add a Advertise Routes

Tailscale not deployn with this error message "Back-off restarting failed container tailscale in pod tailscale-847cc5f8c9-jks8m_ix-tailscale" id have set my advertise routes as my truenas ip like 192.168.1.253/24 but without this work id have also check exit node but dident make.

I also have tried to reinstall tailscale but nothing happens

ok i figured out what was wrong i should have put ip address 192.168.1.0/24 and set the host option to on

Would you help me? I'm basically having the same problem. Every time you add the route to the tailscale configuration, the application stays in "deployment" infinitely. Is there any other way I can get remote access? from another network?
