System will no longer boot -- yikes.

So I upgraded to 11.3 RC2 a few days ago, and things appear to have gone well -- I'm aware I rebooted system a few times since installing the update

Today however after a freenas reboot, I have a no working system.

Through the IPMI shell I have the following output -- and it remains here stuck -- and won't go any farther:

What exactly is recommended at this point?
I'm able to boot to the 11.2U7 boot environment, however I notice all my jails are missing at this point -- which is unfortunate.

Same jail loss happened for me when I reverted back to 11.2U7

Can you add to my bug report here: https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-104813? Sometimes I feel when I report bugs the developers think its a one off. With multiple people experiencing the same thing it would give credence of the validity of the error.
