SOLVED System folder appeared in strange location

I have strange issue that after updating to latest bluefin version, after boot the notification about acl mismatch in one of my pools, after investigation I discovered .system folder in dataset where it shouldn't be any system files. Can I remove this folder ?

Ok nobody anwsered, so maybe for someone whoo has same problem.
I've checked zfs list for this strange dataset and it apeared as just small (too small for whole system) directory, and mounted to self, so I've executed zfs destroy -r on it and its gone, whole setup reboots normally without alert.
