Syncthing gui-listen address TrueNAS SCALE app

In Syncthing settings I ought to be able to change the GUI listen address from 127.0.0.1:20910 to my ZeroTier network 10.265.0.0:20910 but I get the message

The message “the gui address is overridden by startup options. changes here will not take effect while the override is in place.”

How do I change the startup options?
