Sync Directories on FreeNAS with Windows PC Outside of the Domain

Hello,

I need to sync few directories located on FreeNAS with staff that works remotely using Win 7 & 10. I'm looking for recommendations and documentation. I need something which will continuously syncs with changes made on both sides.

Also consider BitTorrent Sync/Resilio Sync or Syncthing.
