Switching ESXi freenas to physical

We tested FreeNAS 9.10 on virtual machine and decided to move to physical server.
The problem is around 20 servers already have mounted directories from virtual nas.

Anyone know the best practices to move from one filer to another?

I created a full copy of first freenas to second.

I tried to do two different ways:
Change IP on freenas two to the same as freenas 1 - doesn't work, linux boxes experience problems "NSF Stale file handle"
Since we use DNS, I tried to change DNS ip entry for NAS, doesn't work - boxes still write to old files, but
nslookup filer1 points to new IP...
