I upgraded to SCALE 22.12.4 recently and got a (mildly) unpleasant surprise. After the upgrade, I created a new VM, and it requires a password to access the VM viewer, and additionally the viewer is now Spice Javascript client, not VNC Viewer as it's been in the past and still is with VMs I created prior to the upgrade.
Having to type in a password doesn't bother me much. It's overkill in my situation, but at least I understand the reason which is to be more security minded, and it's not much of an inconvenience.
What I find more annoying is Spice Javascript client being the only VM viewer. It doesn't scale as well on my laptop screen as VNC viewer does, and the cursor sometimes has a circle around it that flashes in an annoying way.
Does anyone know if there is a way to keep using VNC viewer for new VMs?
