Supermicro X12 Installation and Boot Problem ( SOLVED )

Hi all, i m concerning about a problem that this Supermicro "SuperServer 520P-WTR" equipped with:
1x Intel Xeon Silver 4309Y Processor
8x 8GB 3200MHz DDR4 ECC Registered DIMM Module
SuperMicro 8 internal Port HBA AOC-S3008L-L8E ( No-Raid )
2x 480GB 480GB 1DWPD Samsung SSD (Operating system RAID1)
2x 2.5" SATA 1.9TB 3DWPD Samsung SSD (ZIL cache RAID1)
6x 12TB SATA Toshiba MH07 3.5" HDD
2x Intel X710 - 10GbE Dual-Port SFP+ Server Adaptor
Is giving me errors:

i ve tryed disabling vROC raid on those 480GB, and also disabling RAID on SATA controllers onboard as mentioned below images:

the LSI controller is on HBA
Tryed also 2 x different USB sticks, made from Rufus and Balena Etcher... still no luck!
Could you give me an hand?

HI, sorry to bother you, i fixed the error, downloading again the iso and checking its checksum ( wasn't correct from the first iso downloaded )
