SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SL7-F-O Reboot loop

I'm trying out my new hardware:
SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SL7-F-O
Xeon E3-1231V3
4x Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Unbuffered DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Server Memory Model CT2KIT102472BD160B

And I seem to be stuck in a reboot loop. After The system posts it says initializing, and about a minute later has about 5 beeps, a quick menu (where I hit delete to enter setup) and it just continues to do this repeatedly.
I do have a usb drive with the FreeNas setup image on it in the USB slot.

Anyone have any ideas?

Anthing in the IPMI log? What's the BIOS version?

Have you troubleshooted hardware issues (one DIMM at a time, etc.)?
