I have a chance to buy a 16 core supermicro amd 6272 server with 16GB ECC RAM for less than I can put together a supermicro haswell i3 server with 16GB RAM.
Does anybody know if the amd 6272 will work with freenas 9.3? I don't know much about the server other than it has dual intel nics with an onboard lsi 2008 sas controller.
