You know why I get 4~Gbps in place of 8-9Gbps (even 10Gbps) ?

What model of network card is on each end of the iperf, and what switch model is being used in the middle?

In Xen Hosts I have intel x520-DA2.
In FreeNAS I have AOC-STG-i4S 4-port10Gbe Standard LP with SFP+, Intel XL710-AM1
The switch is Arista 7048T-A with 4 Ports SFP+ 10GB.

I can't speak to that switch in particular but some other users have had issues getting full-speed switching between ports intended to be uplinks. It might be an issue with this switch as well.

Datasheet indicates 176Gbps throughput, but that might be under a situation of the traffic going in the 1Gbps and out the 10Gbps or vice versa; potentially an ASIC limitation?

Maybe try attaching the computer and NAS directly to eliminate any potential impact of the switch?
