Suggestions for pure file server tweaks performance? (2x16TB mirror)

I built a TrueNAS box out of an old system and listed details in my sig link. Please let me know if this is going to work with 8GB ram? It's only job is as a SMB file server. I have two 16TB drives as a mirror. I'm running most everything default and have created my pools, but I haven't yet loaded them with data.

Please provide any suggestions anyone can offer to improve the system performance or enable tweaks for optimal stability/performance.

Also.. I cannot connect with SecureCRT using the SSH keypair provided for the root user in the .ssh folder. I can connect with FileZilla just fine using these keys. I read something about v13 breaking things and this suggestion posted here doesn't work for me. If anyone has a fix I'd love to hear it.

I upgraded to 16GB, non-ECC, and have fixed all of the SSH issues. Seems like everything is fine. I've also created all weekly/monthly smart and scrub tasks. I created a jail for Subsonic media server without issue and ported my Windows based database into it and pointed it to a mount where all the music is stored. It's working fine.

I appreciate all of the attention this thread got from the TrueNAS community. So many helpful responses. This is one of the most helpful I've ever come across. :P
