Suggestions for a new usb boot stick?

I'm not sure if reformatting it and rewriting FreeNAS files to it might fix it. But I don't want to risk anything. Any flash drives out there I should look at?

I've been using a Corsair Voyager without problems for 2 years now. Friend for 2 years also and no problems.

USB sticks can and will eventually fail. It's really just dumb luck.
