I upgraded to Bluefin 22.12.0 and I experience the same behaviour on my Dell R720xd, booting from a Samsung SSD attached to internal USB port. I'm stuck at GRUB for 20min or I can proceed if I press Enter at screen. @Ashkaan do you have a Jira ticket created? If you don't, I will create one with attached debug file and link it to Upgrade Discussion thread.I don't think it's hardware at this point.
