Stuck on the last step installing Wireguard | Please help

Im stuck on this step:

I have no clue what to do here

Then how do I access my SMB files from another network? It looks like i need to 'import a tunnel"

Also, have no idea how top do this.... not even a youtube video out there for this stuff
