SSL involved? IOS does not connect to servers with certificates that exceed 397 days of lifetime, anymore, for example.

Other than that I would now start to do packet traces with tcpdump.

Laptop works fine, over wifi. Phone doesn't work over wifi. Tried a 3rd laptop and it doesn't work over wifi. If I use my VPN out to the pfsense box, and back into my network it works. Phone is android.

Weird that none of this is an issue on the realtek nic, its weird right?

I'll try some tcpdumps and see what is shows.

I do really appreciate you taking me through manual setup of a bridge. I learned something today, even though it didn't fix my problem.
