storage clone-auto mounted?

seems I have a auto clone mounted in my active volumes. How do I unmount it. I believe it's from about a month ago when I had to recover some files. Anyone have any ideas? When I click "Destroy Dataset" it gives me an error stating that the filesystem has children and that it can't delete the dataset. That I need to use -r to delete the children.
Should I just ssh into the server and delete the folder all together? Will that damage or delete any data currently in use on the server or just that snapshot?
I'm just concerned about data loss is all.
