SSL certificate management

Is it possible to just scp replace the .CRT and .key file somehow? Even if I import through the web interface and then scp new certs to truenas and overwrite the ones it created, somehow, after rebooting it reverts to what was imported in the web UI.

This is mildly infuriating me lol. I already have ssl cert automation setup in a way that works for me and was hoping to just automate the process of replacing the certs.

Is there some other file the certs are stored in that I can additionally update?
