SSH, WebGUI and CLI All Stopped Working After Updating to Bluefin

I updated from Angelfish to Bluefin yesterday. My apps are all back up and running smoothly, showing that the system is up and working. I am also able to access SAMBA shares normally.
However, I am unable to use ssh or use the webGUI. Screenshots below:

I tried using the CLI by directly connecting a monitor, a mouse and a keyboard to the machine, but the CLI menu is not showing up. Instead, I saw this (the logitech devices on the last 2 lines are my keyboard and mouse):

I am also unable to type anything to the console or scroll the console using my keyboard / mouse.
Now I have no control over Truenas SCALE since ssh, webGUI and CLI all stopped working.
How can I resolve this problem?

I did not find the culprit. I ended up shutting down the machine, unplugging all hard drives, reinstalled Truenas SCALE afresh, plugged back all the hard drives, imported back all vdevs, and restarted a few times. The issue magically disappeared.
It seemed to me that the issue was caused by some error during the upgrading process such that some kernel components were not properly installed or configured. Anyways, reinstalling afresh fixes the issue.
However, now that every time I restart the machine it tells me that there are some fail events, something like this:

However, after the system boots up, all devices show up as perfectly healthy. Like so:

I saw many people mentioned this on reddit: A Fail event had been detected on md device /dev/md126
For anyone with the same issue, this should be fixed in the next version as commented in this ticket: Mail message from mdadm after upgrade to TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.0
Hope this update rolls out soon.
