SSD storage transfer

I got an alert saying that the boot pool status is degraded so I got a new SSD to replace the degraded one, it was cheaper for me to get a 240gb rather than a 120gb, I have a 120gb disk that my 2 VMs are run off, I want to move the VMs to the new disc and use the disk that the VMs are on as the replacement for the boot pool. There is no important data on the VMs, they are 2 ubuntu instances, one running folding at home, the other running pi-hole, is there an easy way to transfer the VMs from the old location to the new location to free up the disk in order to replace the degraded one.
