Spurious reboots still happening

I have a Dell PE R900. There are 4 sockets, 4 cores each. There is a single NIC with 4 ports. 32 GB of ECC RAM.

I've gone round for round for round, replacing my controller with a m1015 and flashing it with the properly supported p16 firmware.

I am still getting spurious reboots, and I am now wondering what to target next. From reading it seems that IRQ conflicts could be the cause, but beyond that (I've already tried reducing conflicts via the BIOS) I am not sure where to dig.

Any thoughts? Thank you.

Just an update. I downgraded to 9.2 and tried ZFS (with upgrade to 96 GB of RAM!) on the aforementioned machine. It still rebooted with the same frequency. I then ditched ZFS altogether and went for a (5x2TB) RAID 3 set up (more or less as a test), but things are just fat and happy now.

At this point I have to chalk it up to some interaction between FreeBSD/FreeNAS/ZFS/My Machine - and as long as things are stable, I have no compelling reason to change it. For I'd rather have a stable system with a RAID 3 than an unstable system running ZFS.
