I'm running the solnet-array-test, I realise that it never terminates but should it complete the 'Awaiting completion: initial parallel seek-stress array read' step?

It's been going for about 48 hours and hasn't progressed any further but there is disk activity. 'initial parallel array read' finished OK.

Rookie mistake but I've had to run it twice because I accidentally pulled the cable out (broken clip of a temporary network cable) the first time. I started the test again and it skipped the initial parallel array read and went straight to seek-stress array read?
The thread says to run it for a pass or two but a pass doesn't seem to finish for me?

I found another thread with a similar problem and the OP was asked to provide SMART logs.

There's also the same errors for another drive.

In the thread I found it was suggested that SATA cables or the PSU could be the problem. I bought a box of 10 Amphenol SATA cables from eBay, same model as these so I'm hoping they're OK.

Forgot to post earlier but specs are:

Supermicro A1SAI-2750F
2 x 8GB Crucial ECC RAM
4 x 4TB WD Reds
Seasonic G550

I never saw such messages on my system. Supermicro A1SAi-2750F (old version with Avoton/C2000 bug), all SATA ports populated (4 x WD Red 3TB on SATA2 ports, 2 x SanDisk X300s on SATA3 ports). I even have the same cables (6 x CBL-0044L).

Your SMART results look o.k. for me.

I've got 2 disks in the SATA3 ports and the other 2 in SATA2 ports, this is OK isn't it? I had to do it this way because the SATADOM is wider than a SATA port so I had to put it in the port that is away from the other ports.

It actually did finish though, 173,829 seconds is just over 48 hours so that explains that. Should I be worried that 3 of the 4 disks are slow?

I changed the SATA cables for ada1 and ada4, ran the test again and got no errors.
As for the slow disks, it changes each time I run the test so I'm not worried about it. Each disk as showed fast at least once in the 3 times I've run the test.
