Im using PRTG to monitor my TrueNAS Scale system via SNMP to monitor the physical disks.

Last night I had a drive fail due to excessive errors (a Hot spare kicked in) however PRTG/SNMP is reporting all is ok.

Converting the MIB to PRTG doesnt seem to work (but I think thats a different issue)

It's a router traffic grapher. I don't even know that there's any SNMP hook to determine a "faulted" disk -- the error you're seeing is from ZFS and ZFS's estimation of what it is getting from the disk. But you may be expecting a little bit much from PRTG there.

It appears that you can query the SNMP OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.50536.1.1.1.1.7.(Poolnumber) but this doesnt seem to work either?
