Snapshot setup and configuration

i would like to know if my bootable USB which contains FreeNas OS corrupted, is there any way to recover my OS with hardrives configuration, or any procedure to take my OS backup and restore?? and also we are planing to implement another NAS for doing primary NAS backup to secondary NAS.

please reply how i can configure second NAS as backup for primary NAS.
