SMB2 not working unless SMB1 checked

SMB2 does not seem to be enabled in TrueNAS Scale 22.02.3 unless "Enable SMB1 support" is checked under SMB Service. I have tested in TrueNAS Core 13.0-U2 and it works fine without having to check "Enable SMB1 support". I have a HP Printer/Scanner that is using SMB2 and this is causing me to have to run any additional instance of TrueNAS just for scanning documents.

Did you run SCALE 22.02.2 before this?

I've had this issue on all release versions of SCALE. I have previously run a default install of SCALE 22.02.3 and then Core 13.0-U2 on the same test machine and it produces the results I mentioned in the original post. While 22.02.3 and 13.0-U2 might be running the same version samba, it does not appear that they are operating in the same exact way.

Thanks for the testing.. please report-a-bug and we can see what might be happening.

Please respond with the BugID so we can track.

I'm sorry if I'm just missing something simple here, but after creating an Atlassian account and signing up for Jira, I still getting a message that I am not authorized to create a bug/issue.

You can make it a "suggestion" and our triage team can turn it into a bug when they can confirm.

Sounds good. I look forward to testing that version when it gets released.
