SMB Sharing on FreeNAS 11 with Windows 10 problem

Hi here,

I have install FreeNAS 11 (before i running the fucking FreeNAS Corral...) --- so right now i have to reconfigure all my settings and sharing....

But...i have configure the same thing with FreeNAS 9 and Corral:

User1 with Dataset set to Windows sharing and owner user and group for User1
Apply classic sharing for TEST share.

And no working...
When i want to click to my FREENAS - popup password prompt....i dont see the share.

So...i try:
- FREENAS\User1 - no working
- freenas\user1 - no working
- user1 - no working
- FREENAS.LOCAL\User1 - no working
- freenas.local\user1 - no working
- user1@freenas - WORKING i see the SHARE OH OK GOOD....BUT BUT BUT

When i click to enter to the share....hop again popup password prompt....and NO WORKING AT ALL test.....

So....please help LOL

Already seen.

But i have found the solution :

Enable = NTLMv1 auth

I dont know why but.......is working

Because you are using an ancient version of windows or have downgraded the security.

Enable = NTLMv1 auth

Don't do that. Fix whatever is requiring ancient, outdated authentication.
