SMB Share Unix User Permissions

Hello,

I set up an SMB share with my NAS, I am able to access it with no issues, but I cannot delete anything. I have updated my ACL to full control for my user, and still nothing is working.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am on a Windows computer for the SMB. I think that is what you mean by Client.

Did you by any chance share the root dataset?

Sorry, I'm pretty new to the whole thing. I did not share the root data set. here is what the data setup looks like.

Almost, 20_44 is pretty close. Under shares (where you got to this screen) you need to go the ACL section.
