Smb share stalls when reading and writing until reboot

Hello everyone, I recently started using true Nas, and have experimented both with core and scale, and I’ve had a issue with both of them where when I try to transfer files using samba if the files and transferring contain a bunch of smaller files, the transfer typically stalls, and either skips the file or I have to reboot the Nas and windows explorer. This issue has been duplicated on several Windows computers, and I cannot find a resolution. I have attempted to disable case sensitivity as well as add a parameter for Samba shares to help with this yet I still have issues. I found out how to pull the samba log but don’t recall the command. I do recall seeing it state nt_access_denied but can’t figure out what permissions need to be changed.
