smb share speed is slow when i connected zerotier to outside network

I have a NAS(CPU:n5105, 16GB 2666 ram, 128 ssd boot, 2x 4tb nas hdd, outside wifi speed:150mb upload, 150mb upload and I connect Zerotier in outside network), and I transfer 5GB file only have 700kb upload speed. How can i solve it???
