SMB share: files inherit permissions,but inheriting is disabled

Hi,

I'm having an issue with 1 of my SMB share. I have 7 of them and there is just one with this issue.

This share has this VFS module: ixnas, streams_xattr.
I configured from the GUI the ACL as per my need, with a user and a group I created.

The issue is this:
When I copy a file/folder from my laptop the this share, if I check permissions I can see they are fine, as the root share, but inexplicably inheriting become disabled.
I think that this example image can help, as you can see from permissions, they are not greyed out:
