SMB / http error on only one of my 2 networks

I just installed a Free Nas-11.3-U3.2 on an SSD with 2 hard disks in Mirroringe and I have a problem of access http / smb on only one interface.
Interface A: 192.168.20.1 / 23 (on an ethernet USB socket)
Interface B: 172.16.5.1 / 24 (on the motherboard)

Gateway 192.168.20.254 / 23
It's two networks are two networks separated by vlan.
From interface A, I can easily access the web interface and SMB
From interface B, I have the error "connection to Free Nas ... Make sure that the FreeNAS is powered up and connected to the network" which appears and for SMB no reponce from Windows Explorer.

Do you have an idea for me?

Are you trying to access interface B from another network? If so then the return traffic will be sent to your default gateway.

Can you confirm you can connect to interface B from the same network?

What does the routing table look like on all three machines?
