smartctl possible problems

Hey everyone. I couldn't find any SMART information within the web gui. I used SSH to run smartctl -a <drivename>. For all of my drives, I got responses that I believe to be negative/warning me. Could anyone please let me know if I should be concerned. Do note that some of these drives had the wdidle tool applied to them to disable the automatic standby/shutdown. Much appreciated.

Looks ok to me .
You have not activated the self-test ( sí have scheduled short selftest every hour ) :
